Right now, the app is not fully functional and does not work on by Redbird TD 2 as advertised. Specifically, the app can be downloaded, but the actual CFI instructions and applicable simulation training for the VFR Baseline Flight does not play. Speaking with the developer via a Redbird technician, I was told by Redbird on the phone that this is a known bug and has not been fixed yet. So after two weeks of trying to use the app unsuccessfully, I don't see how anyone can actually "try" it. It seems great in theory, but for now it just doesn't work. So, I don't recommend signing up for the subscription they require to test it out free for 30 days. They really need to provide a detail instruction guide on setup and starting the baseline simulation as well.
