★★☆☆☆ 1st time to buy and paid the shipment.... bought on 25th sent on 27th will come on 30th? So slow. I thought it would come on 3–4 days because shipment was paid. Now I can not bring my purchase on vacation. This will be my last purchase and will delete this app.

★★☆☆☆ My package was not delivered. I communicated with Austrian Post, and they say that I should ask Shop-Apotheke to open an investigation. Only they can do that, as the senders. And yet every time I try to communicate with them, they send me the same useless reply saying I should go to the police if I think the package was stolen, or communicate with Austrian post. Their useless messages and repetitions show they are not even reading the messages, it's incredibly frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ I got a letter mail with a coupon code, I tried to use it and paid the discounted amount. After the payment it gave me an error message saying the coupon wasn't valid anymore because "the terms might have changed", and that I had to do the purchase again, and they would reimburse me. I hope to receive the money back soon, but this is not how you should treat your customers.

★★☆☆☆ No Order status information even after 2 days after placing the order.no answer from customer service -both email / call.
