I've been playing Re decor for a few years now, I have stints of playing all the time and then not for a while, I do love it, I just lost all my progress after an update from a few years ago, and it never came back, unfortunately.

Issue not receiving coins, silver coins, and multiple items I bought in the store. I love this game (I've been playing it since it came out) but I just spent $25+ on in game purchases just for it to not come through. I just kept clicking a box that never opened. I'm upset with no one to contact. If it gets fixed I'll change the review to reflect that. I have screenshots. It's disappointing.

This app charges way too much money in a tricky way-where you have to buy coins repeatedly from 1.99 - 20.00 a pop, just to pick the pallets you need to design each picture, and after you use the item purchased once or twice, they take it back, and you have to buy it again at different prices. Forcing you to keep spending more money for the coins. I believe they have bots, that purposely vote down your designs, when they clearly are better than others, which you spend so much time & money on.

After nearly 8,000 designs and years of supporting this game financially, I no longer spend money on Re decor. Items I purchased are now locked unless I pay over $20 per month to maintain a higher level despite having purchased items. It is absolutely unacceptable to lose access to content I have already paid for. What was once a fun, relaxing, and creative game now feels like constant pressure to spend money. Re decor has shifted its focus from creativity and player enjoyment to monetization.
