About 30 percent of good condition ep/employment pass /dp and 10 percent of polytechnic ID cannot be scanned spend time punching in ID numbers with gloves on and small keyboards old supply ally accepted alot more I'd bar codes than this otherwise features ok especially to allow duplicate to redeem (e.g. problems with machine dispenser and walk in to collect mask)

They shouldn't be allowed for double scanning. I volunteer to give out masks today. And there is always a message to confirm redeem again...whenever my phone accidentally goes through the barcode again... I had to keep pressing the next scan to avoid double counting. To improve this they should just pop up the message that said the person had oredi redeemed, and the barcode cannot be used to redeem any more instead of allowing us to override the function and to give the mask again....

Sometimes the app just refused to open and stays at loading for 20 minutes which leads to me delete the app and redownload it just to be stuck loading at the mobile number login part. 0/10 biggest piece of dog shit I've ever used not to mention there's no alternative
