Love redfin I give it 4 stars because 99% of the time it does not give you square footage of the house is up front with the other info in the beginning.

Great service but poor app that practically makes it unusable on the phone. Favoring or hiding houses just don't work. It shows you that it's done, but when you leave the house page, you can see that the actions didn't actually complete. You can favorite from the list page to workaround this but there's no way to hide houses. Customer support page also seems to be broken with no actual link to contact them via message.

Redfin search engine is pure bait and switch. You think it shows results for what you are looking for. But no, not really. For example, a Redfin ad says "Accessible Homes for Sale in Salt Lake City" but the search link's very first listings have steps going in and no wheelchair adaptations at all, not even a roll-in shower. There are no homes for sale anywhere in Utah with wheelchair accessibility on Redfin, and Redfin is not an honest search tool.

This app is practically worthless. Tap on a property on the map, and it takes you to a property across town. Pictures of properties are mixed up across multiple listings, or no pictures to see, when there were on the preview. Someone needs to be fired.
