2 days of trying to get in touch with a doctor to be checked and tested. They cancel last minute when ordering a home visit. Tried to get on an audio call with a doctor, but she ghosted me as if she was one of my exes, tried texting and didn't even bother to respond, but they happily billed my account.

Add English and or Russian, also having to ask for email, phone number and Password, makes usefulness much less !

Scam. Payed money, doctor doesn't respond, support doesn't respond in chat, no one pick phone tried many times.
