ReefCast - Reef Tank

ReefCast is the reef tank logbook built for serious saltwater hobbyists — the people running mixed reefs, SPS-dominant systems, and high-end builds who care about parameters down to the 0.1.

It was built by a fellow reefer who got tired of fighting older apps that crashed, lost data, or capped you at one reading per day. ReefCast is the opposite: fast, focused, and out of your way.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Alkalinity, Calcium, Magnesium, Nitrate, Phosphate, Salinity, pH, and Temperature
- Multiple readings per day — log pre and post water change without fighting the app
- Target ranges built in for every parameter, with out-of-range alerts
- Photo notes attached to any reading
- Full history, exportable to CSV anytime

SMART MAINTENANCE REMINDERS
- Water changes, dosing, ATO top-offs, filter sock swaps, skimmer cleaning
- Custom recurring tasks for whatever your system needs
- Notifications that actually fire on time

CHARTS THAT MATTER
- Clean trend lines with target range bands overlaid
- See the drift before it kills coral
- Compare 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or full history at a glance

BUILT FOR THE WAY REEFKEEPERS ACTUALLY WORK
- No accounts. No cloud sync. Your data stays on your device.
- No ads, ever
- No upsells in the middle of logging a reading
- Multiple tanks supported on the paid tier — perfect for frag systems, QT, and display

REEFCAST PRO
A one-time purchase or subscription unlocks:
- Unlimited tanks (free tier is one tank)
- Full reading history (free tier is 30 days)
- CSV export
- Custom parameter alerts beyond the defaults

FOUNDING REEFKEEPER — LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100
The first 100 customers can grab a Lifetime Founding Reefkeeper for $59.99 (one-time). After that, lifetime access goes to standard pricing. Monthly and annual options also available.

WHO IT'S FOR
ReefCast was designed for hobbyists who already know what alkalinity is, what they want it to be, and what happens when it drifts. It's not a beginner's first aquarium app. It's the app you switch to after you've outgrown one.

PRIVACY
Your reef data is yours. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly export it. No analytics on what you log. No ads. No third-party tracking.

ROADMAP
Built and maintained by a solo developer who's also running tanks. Coming soon based on tester feedback:
- Apex / Trident / GHL hardware import
- Predictive dosing — get warned before parameters drift out of range
- Cross-device sync (opt-in, encrypted)

Feedback, bug reports, and feature requests all go straight to me. Reply to any support email and you'll get a real human, usually within 24 hours.

Tight ship. Built right. For reefers, by a reefer.

Recent changes:
Welcome to the ReefCast closed beta. This is the first build (0.1.0) — thanks for being one of the early testers.

Focus areas for this test:
- Log readings (try logging twice in a day on the same parameter)
- Set up tasks and verify reminders fire on time
- Attach photos to readings
- Hit a paywall trigger and test a sandbox purchase

Known limits:
- Charts need 2+ readings to render
- No cross-device sync in v1

Send bugs and ideas. Appreciate it.
