My visit to Emmar Reel Cinema in Bahrain🇧🇭 was fantastic. The place was well-maintained and comfortable, and the staff, especially Abdullah, provided excellent service. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was taken care of promptly. Abdullah's assistance made my movie experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this cinema for a great time out.

While booking ticket payment failed. Money deducted. Asked me to book another ticket. Refund will take 10 - 14 days.

Made an order. Card been debited. But ticket not been issued. When I call response was there was an error you need book again. Payment reversal will take 5 to 14 days. Truly disappointed, how on earth they can say booking failed when payment transaction was done? There response for the own mistake simply not acceptable.
