ReelBlock Block Reels, Shorts

Reel Block — Block Reels, Shorts & Doom Scrolling

You opened Instagram for a second. Forty minutes later, you're still there. Reel Block is a screen time and app blocker that cuts off Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook Reels — without making you delete the apps.

Block short videos on your terms. Choose how strict the restriction is, lock it in when you need to focus, and stay in control of how you use your phone. You decide the rules.

Works as a:
— Short video blocker (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
— App blocker for social media addiction
— Focus tool for work, study, or digital detox
— Doomscrolling blocker for Android

No streak guilt. No all-or-nothing rules. Just a simple blocker that listens to you, not the algorithm.

People use it to get through work without losing an hour to Shorts, to stop doomscrolling at night, and to feel like their phone isn't running their life. If you've been looking for a way to block Reels or limit screen time — this is it.

Accessibility Service Disclosure:
Reel Block uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you open short-form video apps (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels), count scroll events to enforce your scroll limit, and display a warning overlay or close the app based on your chosen restriction mode. This is the core functionality of the app and requires the Accessibility Service permission to work. All data is processed and stored locally on your device. Reel Block does not transmit or share any personal data, browsing history, or screen content with any server or third party.
