Life changing! I did the free wall Pilates 14 day kickstart and my back, hip and neck all loosened up for the first time in seriously 10 years. (This is off a strong base of pelvic floor work with a professional physio but then the Reformly workouts were a sustainable and gentle way of increasing the intensity and things just clicked! (literally!!))

I love this app, great purchase and already seeing the benefits 14 days in. Three negatives: 1. It's not clear on each day's session what equipment you will need, so you have to have everything in grabbing distance just in case. 2. there are no guidelines on your form for each exercise and not much time for correction if you're wrong. 3. please mix the music up a bit 🙏🏼

it's so buggy! I can't pause the video to take time to figure out the workout. I can't exit to go back to the home page. It's so frustrating!

This app is super glitchy. I like the board and the premise but the app itself freezes all the time, switches between screens, needs to be restarted mid-workout and the videos don't always match the exercises.
