It's been a month since switching from TV Time, and Refract has surpassed all my expectations! I initially gave 4 stars due to bugs, but I put my faith in the devs and they delivered. They are super active on the Refract Discord, listen to the community, and constantly push new features and fixes. The app runs smoother every day. I knew it was promising, but it has officially become the absolute best movie and show tracking app out there. Highly recommend!

They made an update just right after tvtime shut down lmao they know when to take an opportunity 5/5 app to log in & rate our watch there are stats, emotion felt votes, where we can watch smth, recommendation based on movies, lists founded easily, badges/achievements, etc. will be lit when more people join this app, to build a big community in comments

Look elsewhere for your TV Time replacement. Will tell you to wait DAYS for it to be able to upload your data then will claim it couldn't match anything. Unusable.

I was initially excited from the app as it seemed to have very ambitious claims and goals, but it fails to deliver on many of those. My import took more than 10 days, during which the app barely worked. And as I feared it was not worth the wait as my data was quite a mess after the import. The app seems to have been vibe-coded which brings many growing pains, but also a really shaky foundation to build upon. I've since deleted the app and made Movie Paradise my app of choice.
