You have to check so they not taking money thay you support to have. Most of the time I have to contact them to get the % I'm untitled for. And when I ask them they say I should have. It's very bad that they can't fix this.

The app is in some weird language except for one setting that is in Polish like it should be. Someone probably broke the language file.
