Bad customer support. I used to love the app but not anymore. I sent money to Relai's bank account in late February. The money was not credited to my relai account nor was it being returned to me. I raised this issue a week later and have been chasing Relai team since. They are not proactive, take days to respond to each message, and are not helpful. I currently do not trust them. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Update 13 Apr. Relai have not yet resolved this issue. It's been 7 weeks.

Omg 😲 it became sh**t. I used it for two years now and iam living it now. I even had a finance account, but I preferred relai, but now the ask u to kyc till 31 October. But my account stopped today, and it's not even October. I will to verify but in the day I want till 31 October. But no this guy's force u even breaking their own agreements. Don't trust them any more guy's, May a day come u loss every thing because of their weird agreements. Stay safe 🙏 ❤️

Can't log in anymore, Faced? I don't share my face with online services. Old review:Love their approach, more than solid! Please take this seriously: your seed phrase*must* be stored offline safely. Requested improvements: do not share any of my data with third parties, be transparent about all fees (even the spread), and I'd like more control of execution time. 5 stars when a dark theme is here; Relai please do your part in preventing eye cancer ;). My bank suc*s, open-source money is the way!
