This bank has come along way with the services it provides. Receipt tracking, expense and vendor management, multiple accounts, etc. It's a good bank. The app still is lacking most of that functionality though. I can hardly look at all of my accounts due to UI/UX issues and there is not an easy way to provide feedback on the app itself without leaving a review, so here we are. Hope to make this a 5-star review one day as I like Relay.

This is the best free banking app out there. You get free access to up to 20 small business accounts for any purpose you choose to use it as within your business structure. If you want a reliable bank for your business do not use Relay! Open support tickets that go unanswered for months, zero understanding of why transactions fail. Prices keep going up with service and functionality going down. Then when you complain about the issues they tell you with zero notice that your account will be closed.

They locked me out of my account - I cannot log in, and they don't answer my email requests for help. Terrible customer service. Don't bother with this bank

Terrible Banking practices, the worst customer service policies, and they do not care at all about their customers, businesses, or livelihood. I disputed a fraudulent charge 3mo ago, the compliance department froze my account one day and held my funds as "collateral". It has been 3 months now with no resolution. I have called multiple times, and they give me the run around.
