★★☆☆☆ Worest service by reliance. They took 2 months new AC due to cooling issue, and it's more than 30 days, but the AC didn't deliver yet. No proper response from the technician who took the AC. We try to call customer support they said replacement is done and compliant was closed in their system. How they update completed without replace the part. Customer service agent also said we can't do anything from my side and they have given service center address, and they don't have service center phone number

They directly told our team was changed, so we aren't receiving your complaint buy new insurance. This company never come to service our AO SMITH Augured. Our 2nd time filter change they sold in black and told us your insurance was end. So we didn't change your filter. My request to all of you guys "DON'T BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY".
