★★★★★ Amazing how powerful the teachings of this app can be to help relieve my back pain and make me feel in control of my body and its amazing functions to ease tension in my own body. I highly recommend for anyone with stress in their mind or body
★★★★★ This is amazing. In two weeks has helped reduce my back pain. The only trouble I have is the notification to remind does not work.
★★★★★ I have had severe low back pain caused by osteoarthritis for many years and have tried numerous treatments without success. I had previously used a hypnosis/education program from Mindset Health for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, called Nerva, with great success. I learned that a new program, Relic, for low back pain, was being released by them, so I decided to try it. After following the 6-week hypnosis/educ. Program, I have changed the way I look at pain and have greatly reduced my low back pain!
★★☆☆☆ They are charging $250 a year for access to the same repeated 7 sessions, and it's based on a government funded project. The 7-day trial is just long enough for people to not see that the remaining weeks of the program are EXACTLY THE SAME RECORDINGS. You pay $250 for access to exactly 7 recordings, which were already funded by your taxes. That's so incredibly exploitative, pretty much a scam. I will not be continuing.
