When I downloaded the app I was redirected to a site that asked me to put in card info, being I've never used an app for a tv remote I thought it was part of the process, come to find out it was a scam, and I had to shut off my card immediately.

Forces you to sign up for a free trial or to pay when you first open it this thing is not even necessary because the Roku app lets you control your TV for free without any ads in the first place. Scummy as it gets
