Awesome remote worked finally after going through so many universal remotes from stores that my kids brake. I was so tired of spending so much money on remotes that I looked and typed smart tcl tv universal remote made me download the first app then the app wasn't supported or out of date and referred me to download the version of the same app but different for my type year TV, and it worked as long as both phone and TV is on the same Wi-Fi or data connection obviously but awesome!!! Great app ty.

I have no idea why some people are finding the ads to be a problem. They are EASY to bypass and understand if one simply LOOKS AT WHAT THEY ARE. Anyone with the reading comprehension of a snail will have no problem working this app. Of course, it disconnects after a time, did these people expect it to run forever once in use? You simply reconnect WHICH TAKES SECONDS. It's a wonderful app. I guess some people are either not intelligent enough to use it or will complain about anything.

My experience was terrible it made me add a card to just set it up, and it said it wouldn't charge me unless I purchase something I never purchased anything and noticed a $30 charge on my account no email to back it up I can't trace the charge anywhere My money is just lost somewhere in cyberspace. I would change my rating if I were able to get my money back!!!!

Bith tv and phone connected to same Wi-Fi yet won't allow me to use it as it says I have to connect to the same Wi-Fi, which it is and even states Wi-Fi connected

Horrible!!! It has a thousand adds, and it loses connection to tv every 2 secons, and you have to watch several adds to even access the remote again. ANNOYING!!!! If it was possible I'd give 0 stars.
