Broken by new VLC update, no clear instructions I had this working great for 1.7, but just updated VLC to 2.0, and this app broke. I went to the troubleshooting website for the fix, and all it tells you to do is edit .hosts file. TO WHAT???? EDIT HOW????? There's no clear instructions on what to do, just some garbled stuff I tried to piece together reading the comments, and nothing worked. The author of this app seems to think everyone has a PHD in Networking, or something. Until there is a CONCISE, STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE to getting it to work with 2.0, I'm advising people to try another VLC remote app. Shame, because great before I upgraded VLC.

Freaking pain Don't waste your time with this mess. Windows won't let me edit the hosts file and all in all, too much of a hassle to set up.
