Worked for a while without issues. Now the meter won't connect with the app so data won't transfer. Worthless app.

Doesn't always xfer readings from meter to phone. Delete pairing from meter & phone & pair again successfully and still no xfer. Meter says can't connect to phone right after successful pairing. No prob with other BT devices so it is not phone.

Very finicky app, not user-friendly to pair and transfer data. Very frustrating to deal with. It took weeks of trying to transmit INR data, calling customer service, getting instructions, trying to pair phone with app. You have to hold your breath, cross your fingers, pray, then keep trying, pair, unpair, delete data, restart app, then you may get lucky.
