This app does exactly what it says you just need to have PuTTY on your computer.

This app only makes sense for people who: (1) know how to operate a telnet
client on their computer, and know how to select a particular port on the
target; and, (2) have no difficulty determining the IP address they
currently are using on their Android device. However, if you're comfortable
with those minimal requirements of you, I found this app simple and easy to
use. The one drawback is, that although they reserve Ctrl-L to transmit a
"send action" not all apps seem to respond to this signal properly--so, for
example, if you are typing into Skype, a Ctrl-L WILL send your message; if
you are typing into Kik, you will need to reach over and use your finger to
touch their little "send" icon. I get the impression this is more a defect
in the various apps than in Android Remote Keyboard. I'm quite delighted
with it otherwise. It's simple, small, unintrusive, installs itself as an
alternate input method editor which you may switch out easily when you
don't want it--and you're back at your keyboard, over your Android device.

Really nice works as intended, mind that telnet is not secure but you can install adb, then enable usb debugging on your device then connect over usb and use adb forward port:'your local port number' port:2323 and then do telnet localhost 'your local port number' . Then it works great Bravo Onyxbits :)
