RemoteBeam: TV Remote Control

RemoteBeam turns your phone into a universal TV remote control. No account, no extra hardware, no setup box — it finds your smart TV on your own Wi-Fi and connects in seconds.

Works with Samsung, LG, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Vizio, Hisense and more. Free, private and built for your phone.

WHY PEOPLE USE IT

• No setup box. No dongle. RemoteBeam scans your Wi-Fi and finds your TV automatically — most brands connect in seconds.
• No account and no sign-in, ever. Nothing about you is stored on a server, because there is no server.
• Every button you actually use: a smooth directional pad, volume, channel, mute, home, back and power.
• Type with your phone's keyboard instead of pecking at an on-screen keyboard — search, enter passwords and log in far faster.
• Open apps in one tap. RemoteBeam reads the app list from your television itself, so every tile launches the right app — Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, Spotify and the rest.
• Switch inputs from your phone: HDMI 1, HDMI 2, live TV and other sources, without digging through TV menus.
• Touchpad mode gives you pointer control on the brands that support it.
• Wake and power off supported TVs from your phone. No more hunting between the sofa cushions.
• Haptic feedback makes each press feel like a real remote — and you can turn it off in settings.
• Clean, modern design with dark mode, adjustable button sizes and zero clutter.

WORKS WITH YOUR TV

• Samsung smart TVs (2016 and newer)
• LG webOS TVs
• Roku TVs and streaming players, including TCL, Hisense, Sharp and Philips Roku models
• Amazon Fire TV
• Android TV and Google TV — Sony Bravia, TCL, Sharp, Toshiba, Xiaomi, Nokia, JVC and others, including NVIDIA Shield
• Vizio SmartCast TVs
• Hisense VIDAA TVs (Hisense and Toshiba)
• Panasonic Viera TVs with network remote control
• Selected Philips TVs using the open JointSpace interface

If a model limits network control, RemoteBeam says so plainly instead of guessing — the in-app help lists exactly what each brand supports, so you know before you buy.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No account. No sign-in. No servers.
• Your saved TVs, pairing keys and preferences stay on your phone, and every command goes straight from your phone to your TV over your own Wi-Fi.
• Your TV data is never uploaded, sold or shared, and you can erase everything at any time from Settings.
• The free version shows ads, and the ad network collects certain device data to serve them. Our privacy policy explains exactly what, in plain English.

FREE TO USE

RemoteBeam is completely free and supported by ads. Prefer no ads? Watch a short video whenever you like for 15 minutes fully ad-free, as often as you want.

HONEST COMPATIBILITY

TV manufacturers decide what third-party remotes may do, and firmware updates can change that. RemoteBeam reports what your model actually allows rather than promising what it cannot deliver.

Brand names are used only to describe compatibility. RemoteBeam is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any TV or streaming brand.
