For some reason, I found it a bit difficult to get started with this app. Having done so, it now saves me what seems like hours per month. (It's really minutes per month, but they are very important minutes.) I am appreciative of Celgene for my Revlimid and also for this app.

The only guidance give for creating a password is that it must be at least 4 characters. I made one longer and was unable to complete the profile. No guidance was given about why? Was my password too long? Are special characters not allowed? Upper case allowed? Numerics allowed? I like to make my passwords difficult. What are the details for passwords? If an app is not happy with your input it should give guidance, not just do nothing. Also, support should accommodate hearing impaired.

Simple to use. Notifications & calendar effective. Was not aware of an updated grade. Manually completed after asking for assistance. Some recordings speak toooo fast. Syllables blend for hard of hearing & those with audio discernment issues.

Garbage app that barely functions. I've never received a single notification, and it stopped adding reminders to my calendar a couple of months ago. All permissions are on. Half the time when I try to log in it can't find my account, then when I swipe it away and try again (using a password manager both times) suddenly the login works. Ridiculous. Who else has an app where you log in with your first and last name instead of a username or email? The whole thing is amateur.

Works with IOS but not Android. I have an IPad and a Google Pixel Pro. It works perfectly on the iPad app. The Android app will not accept the same login credentials. I've uninstalled/installed the android app multiple times. I then have to set up my login credentials/profile again (using the same credentials I used on IOS). iOS works fine. Android doesn't accept the credentials. Says it can't find any matching profiles. I use my android phone for everything. Please fix this.
