I tried this service. I made my order and it came correct. However - my card was charged twice for the same amount and only one delivery was made. I'm sure this has happened in error, but it is still quite inconvenient.

Bad PT lumber, wasted time and cost for helper. Caused delays on my job, next day I had to go to Home Depot to get some lumber, so I can have something to do. Then placed an order for Home Depot lumber, moved their lumber to the side of the house, brought Home Depot lumber to the yard, delayed this job which delayed the next one and the one after, ripple effect. Frustrating experience, will not use again.

I gave the service 2 stars, my feeling was to give it 1. 2 stars because they placed the order exactly where I want it, and it came earlier than expected. Why so low a rating? The quality of the material was awful. Customer support did not offer in any way to correct matters. Just promise to do better the next time, as if there will be a next time without some sort of restitution.
