Comprehensive, customizable, and generous. Renshuu's UI is a charming throwback to late Web 1.0/early Web 2.0 style, and in its simplicity, it makes accessing different styles of learning easy. There are so many ways to learn and memorize and gain context for Japanese; the app has something for every type of learner. I was also given a free ten days of renshuu pro to try, and I'm excited to dive into the new quiz types and games.

This app is very good for learning your Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji characters, but it's not good on its own; u can use Duolingo as well for learning pronunciations and sentence Making.

I got this app out of curiosity while learning Japanese, which I thought would just be a hyperfixation. But I'm actually wanting to learn more, and I have been with this app. Not to mention I've been getting better at knowing which hiragana is which. Shiritori is also really fun, and a great way to learn new words you didn't know, and you can add that new word into your studies! I really recommend this app for anyone wanting to learn Japanese.
