NUEVA VERSIÓN RENT&PASS PRO ¡Disfrute de las funciones extendidas por tiempo limitado!
Rent&Pass aporta sencillez, comodidad y seguridad, tanto para el arrendatario como para el huésped, con una gestión on-line vía pc o móvil.
El sistema Rent&Pass permite gestionar los permisos de acceso a la vivienda en periodos ajustados al alquiler contratado. Del mismo modo, si al marcharse el huésped debe entrar un servicio de limpieza o mantenimiento para acondicionar la vivienda, el propietario puede otorgar permisos para una determinada franja horaria a la persona que ejecute la tarea.
LLAVE ELECTRÓNICA Envío de llaves electrónicas vía APP en cualquier lugar y momento.
CÓDIGO DE ACCESO NUMÉRICO Aperturas vía código numérico sin instalación de APP.
GESTIÓN EN TIEMPO REAL Borrado en remoto, bloquea y borra llaves enviadas en cualquier momento.
ACCESOS AUDITABLES Registro de accesos para cada cerradura y cada usuario.
GESTIÓN DE CÓDIGOS DE ACCESO Código con propiedades personalizadas, se puede eliminar en cualquier momento.
FUNCIÓN DE ALERTAS Notificación de alertas en tiempo real, seguridad y protección.
PARA EL ADMINISTRADOR: 1.- Reserva Confirmada Genera y envía la Llave Electrónica y el Código de Acceso para el huésped.
2.- Estancia Puede anular cualquier Llave y/o Código en cualquier momento. Informe de aperturas.
2.- Fin de la Estancia Envío de Llave Electrónica y/o Código al personal de mantenimiento, limpieza, lavandería, etc.
Seguridad y control sin desplazamientos Como propietario, el sistema Rent&Pass le permite enviar al huésped llaves electrónicas y códigos para acceder a la vivienda, abrir el portal, acceder al garaje y a cualquier otra zona que pueda controlar con un control de acceso mural. Puede anular y borrar las llaves y códigos en cualquier momento desde su plataforma de administrador.
PARA EL CLIENTE: 1.- Reserva Confirmada Recibe la Llave y el Código en su Smartphone
2.- Estancia Puede abrir el portal y el apartamento con un Código o con su Smartphone
3.- Fin de la Estancia Su Llave y su Código caducan en la fecha y hora estipulada en sus condiciones de alquiler
Procesos sencillos, clientes satisfechos No importa la hora de llegada prevista ni los retrasos inesperados, el cliente antes de salir de su casa ya tiene la llave de acceso tanto para el portal como para la vivienda. Con la APP el cliente accede con su smartphone y disfruta de una experiencia cómoda y sencilla. Para evitar posibles inconvenientes de batería o cobertura, Rent&Pass permite apertura por código pin, que el cliente recibe al mismo tiempo que la llave.

Had to use this app to get into an Airbnb. Crashes constantly, didn't deliver the e-key from the Airbnb host, and overall was a terrible app to use.

Cannot log in using email address since the update. I keep getting prompted for Google Login. Same issue on both iPhone and Android. Please sort it out asap.
