★★★★★ I really appreciate how convenient this app is. I was able to find a new place to rent for an affordable price and the entire process was hassle-free.

★★★★★ From all the rental apps I've used in the past this one has become my favorite. You can find a lot of properties listed and with a wide range of prices.

★★☆☆☆ This company makes it very very very difficult to list. We have our unit listed on several platforms and this one doesn't seem to understand that not every single person listing a unit is a licensed property manager. They have no nuance set up for small property owners or properties owned through LLC. I wouldn't waste your time with this company or this application. To be fair, I'm only giving this review from the perspective of a small renters' employee, not from the viewpoint of a renter.

★★☆☆☆ I'd give this app less than 1 star if I could. It shows NO listings in highly populated city in which I live, but other apps show every single property listed. It's like that all in the state of Michigan. This app is straight garbage.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't allow you to choose the distance or a radius between which you want to search apartments nor does it show properties available. Very poor and slow process. The filters don't work as the moment you put filters the price gets reset, and it can't find anything with even one specification that you select. Basic functions of this site / app doesn't work as it's supposed to.
