Slow response Cust Service & how they process things is SUPER slow, no time estimation how long they will process 1 order or when the goods will be shipped. They have a great concept, BUT cust experience level is 0. Di IG nya claim mencakup 34 provinsi, well I live in TangSel, tp berkali2 input gabisa venireman, komplain ke CS (Need 8hr to get reply)dimity close&open alias, then I bought a shirt instead of rent, udh beres payment lalu 2hari statusnya proses terus, udh wake CS gak dibales2
