Comments on REON POCKET for Android

Thank you for releasing the app to the US. The app was able to pair my Reon Pocket Pro and the Smart Tag 2. I noticed that in the Smart Mode, the previous version of the app had a "zone" that indicated the users preferred temperature. This is no longer displayed. Also, requesting the option to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit, so it's a bit easier for your NA users, thank you!

Thankfully, the app is finally available in my region. Can't imagine what I'd do had I had an iphone when I got the device. The app is getting better clearly, love the effort. I hope they'd let it show the charge percentage when it's charging, and to have more info on the workings of the device, and status. And to have an option to manually check for device and tag updates.

Fantastic comfort and low noise. Sure I didn't want to spend $300 on it. It is high-tech and not buzzy. This will keep you comfortable. Not cool and breezy. I can set my home AC at 83F, wear this and stay comfortable all day. Comfortable. Not cool. It saves me a lot of money on electricity. I then turn on the AC just before my GF arrives home. Latest app and firmware addresses the Celsius to Fahrenheit problems for Murcans. I'd love to see a battery percentage and approx run time. Heat is great

Just keeps disconnecting all the time. So annoying and having to turn on location just to pair the device is such a needless drain on the phone battery no wonder Sony didn't put their branding on the app, it's such a let-down!

★★☆☆☆ Daniel W · Jul 23, 2026

I like the product. The android app needs work. I can't see the battery as a percentage. I can't change the temp to display in Fahrenheit for a US version of the product. The app uses so much battery Google may flag it as such soon with their new initiative. There also are no widgets for it. No dark mode. Please give the Android app some attention. App has integration with Apple Smartwatch already, but I have to do a temperature conversion in my head and can't tell the battery left well.

★☆☆☆☆ Devoid Aperture · Jul 29, 2026

50/50 chance that using the app will cause the device to drastically under perform. Using the pro sensor, I stepped outside in 98 degree weather, and it switched to HEATING MODE. I cannot fathom how this app isn't at 1 star based off my experiences.
