Thankfully, the app is finally available in my region. Can't imagine what I'd do had I had an iphone when I got the device. The app is getting better clearly, love the effort. I hope they'd let it show the charge percentage when it's charging, and to have more info on the workings of the device, and status. And to have an option to manually check for device and tag updates.

It would be nice to have an option for a widget (or a notification in the status bar) to show current temperature and humidity coming from Reon Pocket Tag. The app does show the temperature if you open the app (even with the Reon turned off), but would be a geeky thing to just have on the screen). Otherwise, (using Sony XQ-DE54) so far smooth sailing. Both devices connect smoothly (using both auto sleep and after turning off and on the Reon) and the interface is intuitive. Thanks to the devs.

Thank you for releasing the app to the US. The app was able to pair my Reon Pocket Pro and the Smart Tag 2. I noticed that in the Smart Mode, the previous version of the app had a "zone" that indicated the users preferred temperature. This is no longer displayed. Also, requesting the option to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit, so it's a bit easier for your NA users, thank you!

I like the product. The android app needs work. I can't see the battery as a percentage. I can't change the temp to display in Fahrenheit for a US version of the product. The app uses so much battery Google may flag it as such soon with their new initiative. There also are no widgets for it. No dark mode. Please give the Android app some attention. App has integration with Apple Smartwatch already, but I have to do a temperature conversion in my head and can't tell the battery left well.

50/50 chance that using the app will cause the device to drastically under perform. Using the pro sensor, I stepped outside in 98 degree weather, and it switched to HEATING MODE. I cannot fathom how this app isn't at 1 star based off my experiences.

Just keeps disconnecting all the time. So annoying and having to turn on location just to pair the device is such a needless drain on the phone battery no wonder Sony didn't put their branding on the app, it's such a let-down!
