About your cloud application, once the enter access pin trigger is on, it asks even admin for the access pin while making a change, that's not a problem. The problem is even when the access pin isn't created and you make a change you will be asked to enter the pin, it shouldn't be like this or for some reason if it has to be like this the system should notify the admin to creat an access pin for himself when he is turning on the triggers. Best pos ever #repairdesk

Can't edit due date on tickets among other options ie assigned to etc. Add start/stop timer for tickets. A clock in/out widget would be amazing. Timed notifications ie @3:30pm call X. Add diagnostic/notes pull down tab to tickets for quick access. Edit: Bug - if trying to edit progress of ticket (open/closed etc) app crashes

takes literally forever to add parts after you have a ticket with more than about a dozen devices on it. would be better if you could make a bunch of offline changes to a ticket and then update all of them at once.
