UPDATE: I received a reply from the developers and they suggested I'm kind of stupid that I had my lens covered somehow. First of I'm a computer eng. Second, I read the instructions and suggestions from other posts. I really wanted to try this app. Finally, I had to do another review because I didnt have the option to edit my previous post
