The customer service is really poor I went in to them last week Friday because of my locked account today is Tuesday they said an email will come to me to reset my password all now I didn't receive anything

Keep saying account lock contact bank. Called customer care was told the account is not locked, but I am unable to access the app over a month now. Wouldn't allow me to unlock it
