The app works well. The filters are very good. As my czech isn't that good, I would appreciate having an option to use the app in English (same goes to the website, but there I can use the browser to translate the pages).

App sucks. Downloaded it only because I saw cute dress on Instagram and wanted to buy it. And guess what? No such dress on the app :) Even shops catfish us these days

The shopping cart 🛒 does not update when adding or removing products, rendering the app useless.

Reserved keeps sending opposite messages with regards to the delivery making it confusing and difficult to plan. They won't tell you in advance how long it will take them to deliver (partially ok) but they aren't even able to clearly say how long they will hold it at the shop. Often they don't give even 3 days for pickup, but they do not communicate this in advance. e.g. they wrote on Wednesday lunch (12:08) that the order will be ready for pickup on Saturday, but Friday 6am said I have 24 hours.
