Antastic idea and great service. The driver collected a lot of plastic that had accompanied furniture and appliance delivery. I am really pleased that this will be recycled and not end up in landfill. The app was easy to use.

Great for learning and finding out when my next bin collection is, but the pickup service isn't available for my council (which is a big council imo). Major gap in the service! Disappointing in that regard, but overall I think it's a helpful app. The UI is also really nice, simple, color-coded and vibrant. Easy to use as well!

This service is really user-friendly. It's easy to understand what you can include to recycle - for instance I just learned that I could include rubber gloves! And the pick-up system with reminders etc. has always worked smoothly.

Good idea....but..... Our council (Lismore NSW) recycles a lot more than the usual items, but unfortunately this app tells us to put all of these in the red (non-recycling) bin. App would have been useful otherwise.

You had a promotion in my town for the first few people who activate get free collections. The code you send out never worked and contacted support who never got back to me. I love the app and the ease of collection but that promotion was just a lie. If you are going to do a promotion make sure it works

Support the cause but-Poorly designed app, often doesn't work. You don't know what can and can't be picked up, or if you are eligible for free pick-up, until after you sign up and pay. Advertisements promise pickup of blister packs but in the app this is not a service offered. Feels like intentionally misleading advertising, promising everything to get customers, then hard to get information until after you've paid. Pros-Easy to see pickup date and easy to change details of booking.

Good idea, doesn't work This app is a great idea, but it continuously tells you that it cannot connect to the internet. Hopefully this will be rectified shortly?
