ABOUT THE PLATFORM
Restocare operates as a technology-enabled marketplace facilitating engagements between businesses and independent service professionals. It is not an employer but an intermediary enabling discovery, booking, payment processing, and performance management. The platform addresses last-minute staff shortages, peak-hour demand surges, and inefficiencies of conventional hiring.

PAYMENT AND COMPENSATION
Partners receive up to eighty percent of each booking's value, disbursed weekly to their registered bank account. Businesses may pay via online payment gateways or offline modes.

Live location tracking of service partners during assignments allows businesses to monitor arrival times and coordinate effectively.

RATINGS AND REVIEWS
A bilateral rating system allows businesses and service partners to evaluate each other, upholding performance standards and building mutual trust.

SERVICE ASSURANCE
If a partner cannot fulfil an assignment, Restocare will arrange a replacement subject to availability, protecting business continuity.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Business support is available twenty-four hours a day. Partner support is available up to twelve hours per day.
