ResumeFacts: Resume Date Vault

Every time you fill out a resume or job application, do you dig through old documents wondering "When exactly did I graduate?" or "What was my certification date?" ResumeFacts is a personal vault for the exact start/end dates of your education, certifications, and career — enter them once, use them forever.

■ Who is this for?
• Anyone who hunts down diplomas and certificates every time an application asks for dates
• Anyone tired of manually reformatting dates (full date / month / year only) for each application form
• Anyone who wants to keep proof documents — diplomas, certificates, employment letters — as photos right next to each record
• Anyone who wants sensitive career data stored only on their phone, never in the cloud

■ Key Features

1. Your history in 8 sections
Education · Certifications · Career · Military · Volunteer · Awards · Languages · Etc. Every item that goes on a resume, organized by section. Each entry stores a title, organization, type, number, start/end dates, and notes.

2. Exact dates + proof photos
Store dates down to the exact day (YYYY-MM-DD) and attach photos of supporting documents — diplomas, pass certificates, employment verification letters. No more re-requesting documents; check them right in the app.

3. Any format, one second
Different forms demand different date formats. Full date (2020-03-02) / month (2020-03) / year only (2020) — switch with one tap on the format toggle, then tap any entry to copy it in exactly that format.

4. Export everything
Export your records as plain text, Markdown (.md), a PNG table, or PDF. Choose exactly which sections to include.

5. PIN + biometric lock
Protect sensitive career data with a 4-digit PIN and fingerprint/face unlock.

6. 100% local storage
No sign-up, no server, no cloud. All data stays on your device. Backup & restore (.zip) makes switching phones easy.

7. Dark mode & English/Korean
Dark mode follows your system setting; the interface is available in English and Korean.

■ Privacy
ResumeFacts stores everything you enter only on your device and transmits nothing to external servers. Ads may be shown to support development.

Stop hunting for dates every time you write a resume — enter them once and you're done.
