Retoma es una aplicación diseñada para los aliados comerciales de Refurbi que participan en el proceso de retoma (trade-in) de dispositivos móviles.

Con esta app, los promotores pueden iniciar y gestionar una retoma de principio a fin:

Iniciar la transacción desde la tienda.

Capturar el IMEI del equipo a evaluar.

Generar un código QR para vincular la evaluación funcional.

Consultar el precio ofrecido en tiempo real.

Registrar el estado cosmético del equipo.

Recoger los datos personales del cliente de forma segura.

Finalizar la operación de manera segura y estructurada.

Esta aplicación funciona en conjunto con “Retoma – Analizador”, la cual realiza las pruebas funcionales del dispositivo. Ambas deben utilizarse como parte del mismo proceso, de manera sincronizada.

Importante: Esta aplicación está pensada exclusivamente aliados de Refurbi y no está dirigida al público general.
