I was a bit hasty in my last review as both games have since arrived. I was worried because it said in the app that its status was unknown. That should be rectified when possible, other than that both games work, and I'm enjoying them so my apologies for what I said before.

I'd previously given fewer stars because the first time I went in, I got a bad game. I took the game back, Jake, himself guaranteed to make it right. They tried to run the disc through their cleaner. It didn't work. So they offered me a replacement or refund. I found another game I'd played before and enjoyed, so I went ahead and bought it. Everyone was really friendly and did what they could to make it right. They even set a system up to test the game after cleaning it. Thank you for everything

Ordered a Game Boy Advance, and the product was received in good condition, but the battery was not charged. The cord needed to charge it was not provided. A different cable with an incompatible plugin was provided. No Nintendo logo was present on the charger provided like what you typically see. Deceptive marketing. Don't advertise something that is not provided.

Scam company they basically will try to steal your money then when you question them about where your item is they will refund your money for no reason after you tell them u still want the item.

Downloaded the app because the YouTube channel and wanted to support. I'm giving 1 star because I get about 5 notifications a day, and I went to the settings and turned them off but for whatever reason it only turns off that specific wording of notifications, and I still get every one that has different wording. I'm uninstalling after this.
