The app is useful and easy to navigate. The review system helps a lot, the recording feature is smooth, and the translation tool works well for basic use. Would love to see more accurate translations and better voice support in future updates

Definitely not accurate at all. It couldn't even transcribe a full bar or line from a YouTube video.

AI summaries are the best, however there's no way to upgrade anywhere on the app. So my transcription recording is locked without any way to even pay to get it "unlocked". If you're recording something important—don't use this app. Otter provides more for free, even though it's not as fancy. And Otter offers ways to upgrade. I'm not sure why REV is like this. It has the best transcription quality, and its AI summaries are so profound they can become addition classes. But with no way to upgrade

Why do I need to create an account and give information for an app to record calls, now uninstalled before I even used the recorder

Really bad, says it can record calls and does nothing of the sort only voice recording a memo recording and transcribing which is what I can do anywhere on my phone
