As long as you have purchased the service, have the telematics devices installed in your vehicles, and you have correctly configured your account to let users log in etc.; you will have no problem. Odds are if you left a bad review you did not have the software configured correctly.

Why is there absolutely no notification alerts? Why can't my employer
update work orders after they already sent? Why do I have to manually check
the app to see if I have work orders instead of being notified? You're
going to spy on me an document everything I do on my phone and every
location I am at least make the app more user-friendly.

I am not interested in exploring my region like nearest coffee shop or restaurant or at other b******* I just want to get from point A to point B if I need to find a gas station or a coffee shop I will ask for it it is a waste of time and a waste of my memory on my computer thank you no stars for you once again I'm trying to figure out your app here it's not very user-friendly
