I’ve tried a lot of real estate apps over the years and most of them either oversimplify everything or drown you in data that isn’t actually useful. Re venture hits a really nice balance. The market trends, migration data, and pricing insights actually make sense and feel relevant to what’s happening right now, not just generic national averages. The information on the app is scattered out there, but Re venture puts it all in an easy to look up and understand location. I'm not looking to invest but buy a house next year.to retire. This should save me money.

You can't do anything unless you pay and the app pops up a "sign up" prompt on just about everything you touch. Super annoying. Not sure who the target market is, but I don't think it's regular home buyers at the cost.

The free tier is actually pretty useful for quick reference. I like the map feature and filtering options. However, data doesn't seem to use any encryption protocols for transfer. I will not create an account or sign up for premium until this is resolved.

You have to log in and pay in order to do anything. There is no guide to the numbers showing on the map either. You have no idea what you're looking at.
