★★☆☆☆ FAIL! This rating is for the "new" Reverb since ETSE bought them. Been a member since "the good old days" unfortunately, ALL customer service has gone down the toilet. Expect wasted time on bots before being outsourced to foreign call centers and then if your lucky end up in an email box back in the States after all of that. Days go by without help. They're not helping you they're helping themselves not help you. Best of luck if you have a real issue. Google reviews you'll see. App's fine.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot search by state only each city. Do you know how ridiculous this is I mean there are 15 cities near my town? Let people search by state or at least at a range to the search when searching by city. For example city and sales listing withing 50 miles of stated city. Basically the app is useless now add back a better search for local listing.

★★☆☆☆ Fix all this and you get 5 stars! - More notification control. Who on earth wants stuff like "something in your cart" and you have "20% off" reminders. Total junk notifications if the user doesn't want them. Get real. I use Reverb too much to have these extra nuisances! - Ability to block unwanted sellers from search and feed. - Improve search / feed operators, adding minus and plus for exact match control. - Shipping calculator sucks. Doesn't allow you to add insurance/signature costs.
