Description by Engin Aytekin(from Google Play)
You already know the feeling.
That moment just before sleep, when the world goes quiet, your mind softens, and for a few seconds anything feels possible.
Neville Goddard called it the State Akin to Sleep. The threshold between waking and dreaming, where the subconscious is fully open. Where every assumption you hold becomes the instruction your reality follows.
Revision Method: SP Manifest is the nightly ritual built for that moment.
THE WHISPER METHOD
Close your eyes. Imagine your specific person, or the version of reality you desire. Hear yourself whispering your intention directly into their ear. Feel the warmth of their presence. The certainty in your voice.
This isn't visualization. It's a first-person sensory experience that bypasses the critical mind and speaks directly to the subconscious.
REVISION
"Revise the day before you sleep." - Neville Goddard
Before sleep, you rewrite. Any moment that didn't match your ideal, a conversation, a reaction, a missed opportunity: you revise it exactly as you wish it had gone. The subconscious cannot distinguish revision from reality. It receives your rewrite as fact.
Your Revision Vault holds every entry. A private archive of the life you're choosing.
SATS TIMER
The hypnagogic state is the key to all manifestation. The SATS Timer guides you into it with ambient theta music, a structured countdown, and space to hold your one looping scene until sleep takes you.
TOOLS
- Breathwork: Box breathing and 4-7-8 to calm your nervous system before entering the state - Emotional Scale: Daily check-in to track your vibration and receive a practice to rise higher - 30-Day Challenge: A structured Neville Goddard program. 30 days, 30 techniques, one transformation
FOR THE SERIOUS PRACTITIONER
No vision boards. No affirmation noise. No generic "manifest your dream life" content.
Revision Method: SP Manifest is for practitioners who know Neville's work and want a dedicated space to practice it every night with intention.
