Updated review- After some tinkering I got the remote viewing to work,
works on my WiFi and on data when I'm not home. Seems to work pretty good,
better on an iPhone though sadly. My issues with the app are, #1 there's no
manual or any instructions for it, #2 I can't get push notifications to
work and there's even a "send to phone" option under alarm config but I'm
still not getting any notifications, #3 The app hasn't been updated since
2016! If I can get push notifications to work it'll be a 5 star app for me.

Great product. I am able to view the cameras in multiple devices from anywhere. Setup was easy and it is very helpful. We had an item stolen from our driveway and with the video playback and camera shots, police was able to catch the guy. I have had the cameras for at least 2 years. Thank you
★★☆☆☆
Can only view over home WiFi on you cell phone. Defeats the purpose of the app.

Cannot remote view my cameras. What's the point of having them if I can't see them while I'm at work? I can only remote view them if I am connected to my home Wi-Fi. That defeats the purpose of remote viewing. This ap doesn't even deserve 1 star, there is no instructions or help.
★★☆☆☆
This app hasn't been updated in years. Almost unusable with any of the latest operating systems on our phone. Just go get another dvr app. You can use any of them.
★★☆☆☆
Crashes loading problems playback problems on top of more crashes. Why not hire a team that actually knows how to properly put together an app.. this is a poor attempt at best. If I was under the return policy I'd RIP this system off the walls and take it back based on the app alone.
★★☆☆☆
This app sucks won't do anything, won't log in won't connect. I now have a
very expensive useless security system! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
