The app works very well with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. I really like the use of intuitive icons to select the phases of the scan. The Bluetooth file transfer feature is great because I can do several scans then import one zipped file that contains all my selected models. My color scans with the POP2 and Revo Scan are outstanding; requiring little to no processing outside the app. The app also provides links to support and has built-in tips to help get started scanning. I enjoy it very much.

I have test app without scanner, I have all POP1&2 test using PC with good result. The app itself doesn't crash or anything using my Poco F3. Next I will test it, meanwhile 5star for Reappoint product

I like the ability to scan stuff for 3d prints. I just wish it would isolate the item better. Other than that let me spend a lot of time trying to isolate it, it's a pretty sweet option.

Your app AI runs like garbage, crashes out when undoing, and I can't continue scans that bug out and pan when my accelerometer isn't even moving. Who sells this kind of garbage for $1300? Reappoint Mini 2 is a great scanner held up by garbage software support on my phone. ??????

Awkward unintuitive UI, more resembles a puzzle to work out the whole scanning and rendering process. That's between the random camera disconnects mid-scan. It's unstable and was developed without considering first time user inexperience. High battery drain on S21 ultra smartphone, with the screen staying active during lengthy intense model processing. Definitely better results attained from using Revo pc software instead. Ultimately limiting the scanners' portability. Good product bad software.

USB to scanner doesn't work and Wi-Fi transfer to PC also doesn't work, support have been aware of these issues for over a month and nothing has been done...!
