Well 1st time I sent money it went through in 2 days to Cuba no problem 2nd time I send money which was only $200 it's been 13 days and my family still hasn't gotten the money I've sent 3 emails to the support team, and they keep saying the money was sent but my family still haven't received it I'm giving them 5 stars for now to give them time to get to the bottom of where my money's at hopefully I won't have to change it to 1 star! Bad experience with this app I loaded it with funds no problem then couldn't send the funds tried to get a visa it charged me then credited me the charges for the visa but never got anything then tried to reach them from the beginning, and they answered but over a month and a half later talk about unprofessional unorganized, and they claim they are overwhelmed fine, but I waited months to get answers really not good

First try, didn't seem to install, asked for info all over again. Second try, error message when trying to "finish" after selfie. These are obviously common problems--read the reviews--and there are other options that actually work so why bother with this one.
