FX Rate is too poor, and charges are sky-high. $4-$5 fee per withdrawal with BDT118.6 is questionable. Also, they are not updating their app even when facing problems with link creation. File upload is broken.

Terrible UI/UX! This platform is nowhere near Payoneer or other international payment gateways. They first collect payments through their Stripe account and only then release the funds to their app, which is understandable. However, their fees are extremely high-charging $4 for just a $50 transaction. On top of that, their BDT exchange rate is only 118, whereas Payoneer provides the actual rate from Bangladesh Bank by upay.

Freelancers, stay away from Pretorium if you don’t want to lose your clients. I lost a client just because of their new payment verification system, which is terrible. They ask too many questions and proves from both you and your clients as a name of verifications, even after you’re 100% verified. It’s a complete headache. Their support teams are the worst I’ve experienced, super slow and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until they fix these issues. Avoid them for better.

I found this platform very terrible, unable to upload any file properly after their new system give way too much hassle to us before payment and after payment also and huge otp issue

Too bad experience, there is a chance of getting lost of money, It's the 3rd day running but no deposite, and no date fixed by support of when it will be solved
