Worst App. 1) Unable to change the KM after booking. 2) Playing with AI, No Proper customer care to answer our Queries. 3) Government should suspend the services, when no proper customer care exists. Revv We were scheduled for pickup at 10PM, but the car has not arrived even at 11 Every time we call, we're told "15 more minutes." When we ask for updates, the delivery executives are being rude and even threatening not to hand over the car. This is extremely unprofessional. We planned our entire trip trusting Revv, booked well in advance, and paid ₹25,000 in full 2 weeks ago. Instead of service, we're facing delays, being treated poorly by your delivery team as if this were a free service
