Went too Vivo to purchase a new phone, saw the reward slink ad that said can offset 10% from bill. Downloaded the app and made payment, there was no offset and at the end of transaction there was no reward points either. Very bad and sad experience.

I wanted to try this app, but I lost interest after seeing the number of permissions it requested. In my opinion, the requested access felt excessive for an app like this. I also couldn't find a clear explanation at the time of the request about why each permission was needed or how the data would be used. I understand some permissions may be necessary, but greater transparency would help build user trust and confidence.

No longer support paying utilities bills but still showing the icon for utilities bills and banner for paying utilities bills. Please update the app or is it no more customers using this app that's why no update?

The fee charged to pay bill is expensive - 1% while I only earn 0.1%. At last, I didn't earn anything. Anything thing is cannot support Shopee pay later, pls improve it.

Why you put fees when purchasing item?! We purchase from you guys for the small rebates/discount/rewards we can get. Now you charge us when purchasing from here when we can basically get the same without any fees when pay directly on their app instead? Reverse the fees charged back, or you will keep losing your customers
