Used the app for a few weeks and could not open any contracts or links through the app. Now it won't even open and crashes anytime I try to use it.

I have put in several calls about this app. After. Update last year my Samsung 22 ultra shows the app in asian writing. Not sure why and I've been told this shouldn't be happening

Has good functionality, but it's so poorly optimized that it just becomes a pain to use

Works some of the time but often crashes, freezes, closes without warning or throws an error message. Needs further development. Also using Android, the separate Caller ID app often takes a bit of effort to launch and get working. Very buggy!!!
